KENNEDY'S ULTRASOUND

Here is our baby Kennedy. She did not want to have her picture taken this day. The ultrasound tech told me she was mad. That the ultrasound waves were making her uncomfortable. Some of the pics have the smeared look and that is from her movement while the pictures are getting taken. We are excited about the pictures we got and think she is very photogenic. As far as an update, right now we are 33 weeks and growing fast. The tech and the doctor both told me this week, that I am measuring about 1 1/2 week ahead. So she is going to be a healthy chunky baby when born. Her kicks are becoming much bigger and scheduled. We can't wait to meet our baby girl. We have a baby shower next week and are looking forward to seeing all our friends and family. Maybe Kennedy will show off and do a couple kicks for everyone!

KENNEDY TAYLOR'S NURSERY

Here is Kennedy's Nursery. It is coming along very nicely. We still need to add something to the walls, but the majority is done. Daddy did a great job with the chair rail (with help from uncle Andrew) and mommy helped with the satin pink lines on the walls. Grandaddy helped hang the baby chandelier which adds a nice little sassy touch! The room is all ready for our little princess.
We were not able to go do the 3D/4D ultra sound today. The place called and cancelled due to the weather. We were looking foward to seeing our little KK. Hopefully we will be able to see her next week!

Lee and I are expecting a baby girl in March. We have decided to name her Kennedy Taylor Rider. Right now we are 30 weeks pregnant and are loving the exciting expereince we are having. I have had a great pregnancy so far. I have not been sick or tired. (knock on wood) Now that I am in my 3rd trimester that might change though. Kennedy Taylor is very active and kicks all the time. Lee is beside himself with excitment. He sings to her frequenlty through my belly and she gives him a nice kick back showing that she hears him. He has been such great support. Not a minute goes by that he is not asking me how I am feeling or can he do anything. I couldn't have asked for a better hubby or daddy.

We are working on the nursery and it is coming along nicely. We call it the princess room. I will post pictures soon. We are going for the 3D/4D ultra sound this week. We are so excited to see her up close. I will update with more info hopefully this week. I am still figuring out this blog thing so bear with me. Hopefully I will keep it updated better than my other communciation outlets (not like my facebook page, I know, I know). Let me know your thoughts and we would love to add links. Talk to you all very soon.
